Performance Diagnosis: This process involves identifying the variables that influence supervisee behavior. These variables can include antecedents, behaviors, and consequences that impact performance.

Descriptive Evaluations: Using the ACC model, these evaluations analyze when and why specific behaviors occur. For example, a supervisor might observe a supervisee over time to identify antecedents related to a behavior, such as frequent lateness.

Informational Evaluations: These are informal evaluations used to diagnose behavioral issues. They complement other evaluation methods and involve gathering information through interviews or informal discussions. For instance, a supervisor might talk to a supervisee to understand underlying issues, such as inattention at work.

PDC-HS (Performance Diagnostic Checklist-Human Services): This tool is a behavior-analytic performance diagnostic specific to human services. It helps identify the variables affecting supervisee performance, facilitating targeted interventions to improve behavior and outcomes.
